Museum Display

The display case on show within the Castlemilk Stables is an ongoing project working with Glasgow Museums and The Open Museum. The project has been funded by the Glasgow City Heritage Trust with the money granted from the Glasgow City Heritage Trust a custom built display case has been made and positioned inside the wall of the Castlemilk Stables for all to see.

The current display looks at the Transformation of Castlemilk since the 1950's and was created by the Castlemilk Parish Church 'Mens Group' with art work by Ash Loyden. It includes important people, organisations and memories of Castlemilk such as Anna Stuart MBE, Gerry Cinnamon, The Jeely Piece Club and loads more.
