Facilities

The Stables contains:

• Housing Association offices - bespoke office space of approximately 280 square metres to be let to Cassiltoun Housing Association.
• Offices - three small offices providing a total of 64 square metres of lettable space, together with shared kitchen and toilet facilities.
• Training Suites - three training suites totaling 118 square metres with associated spill out space, kitchen and toilet facilities.
• Childcare provision - a childcare facility consisting of 260 square metres of space to provide a resource for up to 36 children.
• Walled garden and meadow area - open spaces that offer safe and secure environments for local people and community organisations to develop new skills and also to relax in.
• Courtyard - a communal area that offers opportunities to host community events and activities.
